door & trim salvaged from a house on Missouri St. along with the
wainscoting from a house on Felix St. In the Kitchen, all door
and window trim is from a house on Missouri St.
New (40 yr.) roof
and gutters were put on in 1993, tuck-pointing of the entire
house was done in 1994 along with restoring the southeast
chimney for the wood burning stove.
